Interesting things at Ecobuild #2
The first step of the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) apply to both domestic and non-domestic buildings from 1 April 2018. Generally this means that F or G band buildings need to be upgraded to at least an "E" for tenancies starting April 2018, but it is a little more complicated than that!!
