The energy performance of a building, whether domestic or non-domestic is 
governed by a number of factors. Primary focus is usually made on the thermal performance of the building fabric, but air tightness should not be overlooked. A combination of infrared thermal imaging and air tightness testing can be used in order to establish thermal bridges and infiltration issues in both new and existing buildings.
